Bought this model after waiting 7 months on another model which was backordered for 7 months (black stainless steel). This was the only model 27 inch width in stock (black). Love convection mode on the oven. Can now bake 2 sheets of cookies at once. Oven area is deeper than my previous oven. Oven temperature accurate, needed no adjustment. Only complaint is surface areas are not smudge-proof. Almost impossible to keep clean looking.

Looks beautiful and the Digital Touch screen features are easy to operate for the stove and microwave. Truly enjoy cooking with this unit and the foods have been delicious.

Although we waited nine months from ordering to get delivery and installation, the look and operation of this oven/micro combo complement our other kitchen appliances. Frigidaire also was the best value in this category - competitive brands are substantially more expensive. While it took two oven cycles to clear out the "factory smell," otherwise, the oven performs well. The circulation fan ensures that food is cooked evenly. The microwave is large and has a rotating glass tray that facilitates balanced heating. Installation was difficult (and cost more) because the connecting cable was shorter than the installer had encountered on other brands. All in all, we are pleased with this appliance, our first Frigidaire purchase, and will consider Frigidaire first when the need to replace another kitchen appliance arises.

Ordered this in April and arrived in January. Just got it installed and oven doesn't heat. Its been impossible for the last 10 months to get ahold of someone at Frigidaire who knows what they are talking about. Doubt someone at Frigidaire knows how to troubleshoot it.

Although it took nine months from order to delivery to install this 27" wall oven/microwave, it was worth the wait. The oven is versatile, and the microwave is large and efficient. The only issue was installation due to the length of the connecting electrical cord. It was shorter than the connector on the GE wall oven that was being replaced, such that the connection box did not lay flat in its place in the back kitchen wall. The installer had to enlarge the wall cutout by removing a large piece of drywall and part of a wall stud so the connector box would tuck in and allow the new oven to slide in correctly.

Electrical conduit with wiring (for hard wiring) that came with the appliance is too short. I have installed similar units and the cords are typically about 48 inches long, some even longer. The one I received in 28 inches long. With a minimal distance to the back plane of 24 inches this is not sufficient length to wire the product. Attempted customer support number 3 x told each time no one available and was cut off, went to chat and was cut off in middle of call. Tried to use chat again currently does not work it appears?

The unit works great, but after waiting 11+ months for it to arrive the factory installed the wrong fan blade for the oven convection fan. I hope it does take another 11+ months for the correct fan blade to arrive.

I bought this microwave/oven set in April 2022 from a large well known store. The delivery date keeps getting delayed. I am now on my 4th delivery date set for Sept 7. Any idea on what the problem is? I'm so jealous these happy customers have their ovens and I don't. I live in a major city, too in USA.
